Online men's circles

A gym for your inner world.

Join or host video-based men's circles. If meditation was the beginning, then this is what's next—grounded integration for the journey of life through the presence of other men. Share what's on your mind and heart, and be met by men who've been there too.

For the man who senses there's more

You know there's more. You've felt it, and you can't unsee it.

There's a part of a man that only comes alive around other men: being heard with our words, being witnessed in truth, and being met with integrity. That's what a circle is for.

You already carry the gold. This is where it's finally seen.

The shape of a circle

Three stages, every time.

01

Arrive & ground

As the men arrive, you see one another — cameras on, audio off. A recorded meditation brings you in and reads the agreements.

02

Open the circle

Each man agrees, then a brief go-around — name, where you're calling from, what's alive today.

03

Share & be witnessed

Four minutes to speak and be heard. Brothers offer resonance. A breath to close each share.

The man who holds the space

Circles I've sat in for years — now open to you.

I've spent years sitting in and leading men's circles — watching what happens when men drop in with one another to share what's going on in their lives. It changes them. It changed me.

The meditation that opens every circle is me, guiding you in. From there a steady voice holds the time so the space stays simple, safe, and real — and every man gets the chance to be heard.

Connection is the secret to a life well-lived.

The questions men ask first

Straight answers.

A guide that isn't human?

That's the point. A guide with no ego and nothing to prove can't take over the room or bring its own story into it. It holds the shape — steady, the same way every time — so the men can bring all the humanity.

Is this therapy?

No. There is nothing wrong with you, and no one here to fix you. Where therapy is one trained voice, a circle is a room of men reflecting from real life — for a fraction of the cost. You leave having been witnessed, not diagnosed.

Is it safe?

Every man agrees to the same ground before anyone speaks. One man holds the floor at a time; the rest witness. A quiet flag-and-report control is always on screen — and nothing is ever recorded.

Before you arrive

Questions, answered.

Men who want to drop in honestly and be real with themselves. Men who want to learn the art of expression — holding themselves while being witnessed by other men — and to listen, relate, and connect in ways your childhood or life so far may never have shown you. It's a place to share your wisdom, not as advice but as your own lived experience, and to move through whatever's alive in your head or your heart. And some men simply come for the connection — in truly listening to another man, you often feel seen yourself, and that alone can be deeply supportive. You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need any experience.

Yes. Before your first circle you affirm that you're a man and that you understand how a circle works. It's claimed plainly — a space to be a man, among men. You also need to be 18 or older: we believe manhood runs deeper than any number, but the law draws the line at 18, and we honour it.

Every man is encouraged to share briefly in the opening round, but you can choose to simply be present and witness too. When you want to speak, you let the circle know, and the men who most need the floor are given it first.

Your first two circles are free — no card required. After that, membership is $11/mo billed yearly (or $15 monthly) for unlimited circles. Invite brothers to earn more free ones.

Up to an hour, and a circle never runs over. New circles open every four hours, shown in your own timezone.
